Someone who makes them feel safe and heard in the therapeutic space
Every soul is worthy of effort to respect and understand it
My mission is to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their emotions and challenges with empathy and respect.
“The one thing that you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can.” Neil Gaiman
A relaxed and safe space focused on you as a whole person in which you can be yourself with no judgement and focus on coping with and healing whatever you bring into the therapeutic space
the belief that healing starts when you feel safe enough to just be yourself. I do my best to create a laid-back, welcoming space where you don’t have to filter anything—just bring what you’re carrying, and we’ll work through it together with honesty, care, and curiosity.
building a safe, supportive relationship where they can explore, heal, and take steps toward the life they want—at their own pace.
Addressing mental health for Muslims, Arabs, Bipoc, and First generation American Individuals
Depression, Trauma, Suicidal Ideation, ADHD, Binge Eating
I work well with teenagers and young adults
I noticed that people that look like me and share my beliefs did not feel as though their therapists understood what they were going through or related to them appropriately. I felt as though I could bridge that gap and be the kind of therapist that many of my colleagues and friends had mentioned they wished they had.
A warm, supportive, safe, and collaborative relationship that is non judgemental and is open to respectful and constructive feedback
We will go over informed consent and get a history of what brought you into therapy. We will also work together on what goals you’d like to set for yourself as we progress through therapy and what your past experiences and future expectations are in order to ensure that this will be a good fit for you and will help you embark on your healing journey and meet your goals.
Always strive to create a safe and non judgemental space for you to share your story and work towards your healing
Muslims, teenagers, college students, young adults, first generation americans, and BIPOC individuals
