Highlights
APPROACH & FRAMEWORK
Human-first, strength-based, and radically affirming. I combine evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and sex therapy with a deeply relational style. I don’t just want to talk at you—I want to understand with you. My approach is collaborative and flexible: we create a rhythm together that honors your pace, your identity, and your goals. I believe therapy should be a space where you’re allowed to be messy, to ask the big questions, and to rebuild a life that actually fits. I bring my full self to the room so you can feel safe bringing yours.
Cutting through the noise, getting real, and tapping into their own power. Change doesn’t come from being “fixed”—it comes from owning your story, confronting the hard stuff with honesty, and having the courage to show up differently. I help clients challenge the beliefs that keep them stuck, reconnect with their body and desires, and rewrite the narratives that no longer serve them. Together, we build clarity, confidence, and momentum—one brave, badass step at a time.

AREAS OF CARE
people navigating identity, intimacy, and emotional intensity—especially those who are tired of shrinking themselves to fit someone else’s idea of “normal.” Whether you’re working through anxiety, sexuality, or self-worth, I help you show up more fully and freely in your life.
dismantling shame, empowering sexuality, and helping folks reconnect with the parts of themselves they were taught to hide. Watching people step into their truth—with confidence, curiosity, and compassion—is why I do this work.
the intersection of queerness, emotional resilience in the face of life’s fiercest storms, and identity development. As someone who lives what I teach, I bring lived experience, clinical training, and an ability to connect that makes the hard stuff feel a little more human—and a lot less lonely.

Q & A
I’ve always been passionate about helping people unlock their full potential and live authentically. I wanted to help others break through their barriers, confront their fears, and rewrite the narratives they were living. It’s all about embracing what makes you you—no matter what that looks like.
I don’t do “sterile” or “traditional” therapy. I’m not here to just listen and nod—I’m here to dive deep, ask tough questions, and get real. I mix my clinical training with passion, humor, and a little rock & roll energy. We’ll laugh, we’ll dig in, and I’ll push you to show up as your most authentic self, no matter how messy or imperfect that feels. Therapy with me isn’t about checking boxes; it’s about genuine connection and transformative growth.
Success isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about you walking away feeling more like yourself. It’s about progress, not perfection. Success, to me, is when a client leaves feeling empowered, more confident, and ready to tackle life’s challenges with a new perspective. It’s about learning how to navigate life’s complexities with authenticity and self-compassion.
Sex and sexuality are integral parts of who we are as human beings, and they deserve to be explored without shame or judgment. I use a sex therapy model to help clients understand and embrace their sexuality, whether that’s addressing sexual health, intimacy, or identity. My goal is to create a space where you can feel free to explore your desires, boundaries, and needs, all while building a positive relationship with your body and sexual self.
Expect to feel seen, heard, and respected. I like to create a comfortable, laid-back environment where you can be your true self from the start. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions, share insights, and most importantly, I’ll let you guide the process. You won’t be hit with any formalities or pressure—just a genuine conversation that sets the tone for our work together.
Therapy isn’t always neat, and that’s okay. I believe in sitting with discomfort and using it as a tool for growth. I approach tough topics with a mix of compassion, humor, and a willingness to be vulnerable myself. It’s not always easy, but I’ll be right there with you, helping you unpack those challenging emotions and experiences so you can come out stronger on the other side.
Seeing the shift in my clients’ lives—whether it’s a small win or a huge breakthrough—is the most rewarding part of this work. It’s an honor to witness someone step into their own power, confront their fears, and grow into the person they were always meant to be. When a client leaves feeling more confident, empowered, and connected to their true self, that’s when I know the work is making a difference.
We all get disconnected from ourselves at times, but the beauty of therapy is that it’s a space to rediscover who you really are. I help clients peel back the layers of fear, doubt, and external expectations that have kept them from showing up authentically. Through exploration, compassion, and a lot of real talk, I help clients reconnect with their true selves—those parts that might’ve been buried or forgotten. Together, we find your rhythm, and from there, everything else falls into place.
Don’t wait for everything to be “perfect” before you start—therapy is about progress, not perfection. It’s okay to feel vulnerable, unsure, or even a little scared. The most important step is simply showing up for yourself. Therapy is a space to explore, grow, and find your voice without judgment, and you deserve that kind of support, no matter where you are in your journey..
COMMUNITY & CULTURE
I show up with humility, curiosity, and deep respect for the full spectrum of human experience—especially for identities that have been marginalized or misunderstood. This means honoring your story, language, and culture without judgment, while actively challenging bias, assumptions, and systemic barriers in therapy and beyond. I don’t just affirm your identity—I live it, celebrate it, and hold space for you to do the same.
I recognize that healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Systems of oppression impact mental health in real, complex ways. I work alongside you to name those forces, validate your experience, and develop strategies that build resilience and empower action. Therapy with me isn’t just about coping—it’s about reclaiming your voice and power in a world that often tries to silence it.
AS A SUPERVISOR
Supervision with a Rock & Roll Soul—Real, Raw, and Transformational
Great therapy, like great music, is all about connection, rhythm, and authenticity. As a supervisor, I don’t believe in just going through the motions—I believe in helping you find your unique voice, your groove, and your confidence as a clinician. Supervision with me isn’t about memorizing theories or checking boxes; it’s about learning how to truly feel the work, to improvise when needed, and to show up as your most authentic self in the therapy room.
I’m not here to be another dry, detached supervisor—I bring energy, passion, and a little rock & roll into the mix. Expect real talk, deep dives, plenty of laughter, and maybe even a music reference (or ten). If you’re ready to turn the volume up on your growth, silence self-doubt, and step into your power as a therapist, let’s jam.
Authenticity, irreverent honesty, and deep curiosity. I bring energy into the room and invite supervisees to bring their full selves—messy, brilliant, uncertain, intuitive. I don’t believe in performative supervision. I believe in rolling up our sleeves, being real, and getting curious about the work and ourselves.
Are hungry to grow. Who want more than checklists—they want depth, challenge, and mentorship that feels like a true collaboration. I love working with clinicians who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, creatively wired, or who are learning to trust their gut and not just the textbook.
Think of it like a jam session: sometimes I harmonize, sometimes I push for a solo. I hold space with compassion, but I don’t shy away from asking the hard questions. I challenge from a place of respect, and I support from a place of belief in your growth and potential.
As a therapist and educator with a deep background in sex therapy, identity development, and altered realities, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience. I don’t believe in hierarchy for the sake of power—I believe in partnership, creativity, and leading with heart and guts.
We slow it down. We look at the clinical, the emotional, and the intuitive layers. I guide supervisees in staying grounded, zooming out to see the full picture, and finding the thread that matters most. I help them balance theory, ethics, and real-world nuance while developing their own clinical voice.
With openness and humility. I model what I expect—curiosity, non-defensiveness, and a willingness to evolve. I check in regularly about how our work is landing and invite supervisees to name what they need, what’s missing, and what’s working.
I normalize the messiness of being a therapist-in-progress. I celebrate imperfection, honor emotional risks, and create an atmosphere where failure isn’t shameful—it’s a portal for insight. I lead with authenticity so supervisees know they never have to fake it to be good enough in our space.
AND A LITTLE MORE…
I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to develop plans we are both comfortable with. I am fortunate that I have had the opportunity to work with many different populations and have assisted people in navigating a plethora of different issues. However, if I had to choose a few “specialties” , they would be: anxiety, LGBTQ+, thought disorders and issues related to sex and sexuality.
My greatest goal is to help others develop into healthy and whole individuals, and to embrace life’s journey. In the therapeutic process, I empower the client to discover their own resolve, while at the same time directing the client into a safe path of self-discovery. I strive to help others actualize the value of their individual being and inspire them to experience their maximum potential. I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, and have extensive experience treating , anxiety, sexuality and thought/emotional disorders.
My approach is strength based, client centered, nonjudgmental, and outcome oriented. Everyone is different therefore, each individual person’s path is also different. I practice as a strength-based therapist, focusing on clients’ identified strengths and positive qualities. Witnessing the personal growth of my clients is a rewarding experience for me as a therapist. What I appreciate most about being a therapist that I get the opportunity to be a support for those needing a little assistance finding their way.
CLINICAL PRACTICES
My approach integrates several evidence-based and holistic practices to support your healing in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and personalized.
Trauma-Informed Therapy helps us understand how past experiences may shape current patterns, without retraumatizing or pathologizing your responses.
Somatic (Body-Based) Approaches reconnect you with your body’s signals and help regulate your nervous system through breath, movement, or grounding techniques.
Mindfulness-Based Interventions support present-moment awareness, helping reduce reactivity and build emotional resilience.
Narrative Therapy allows us to explore and re-author the stories you hold about yourself, creating space for growth, agency, and new perspectives.
Psychoeducation for Emotional Regulation gives you practical tools and understanding to manage anxiety, stress, or overwhelm more effectively.
Culturally Responsive and Identity-Affirming Care ensures your lived experience—across race, culture, gender, and more—is honored and integrated into the work.
Strengths-Based and Resilience-Oriented Frameworks help us build on what’s already working, even if it doesn’t feel obvious at first.
Relational and Attachment-Based Therapy focuses on how your early and current relationships influence your sense of safety, connection, and trust.
Supportive Therapy for Life Transitions offers a space to navigate big changes—whether they’re welcome, uncertain, or painful—with clarity and self-compassion.
Together, these practices allow us to work with the full complexity of who you are, at your own pace.
I believe therapy should reflect the unique needs, identities, and goals of each person I work with. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from a range of practices depending on where you are and what you’re hoping to explore:
If you’re navigating trauma, we’ll work at a pace that prioritizes safety and choice, using trauma-informed and somatic methods to gently build awareness and resilience.
For those wanting more emotional regulation tools, I offer psychoeducation, mindfulness practices, and real-life strategies you can apply between sessions.
If you’re going through a big life change, our work might center on supportive therapy for transitions, focusing on clarity, self-trust, and meaning-making.
When identity is central to what you’re processing, I provide culturally responsive, affirming care, where your background and lived experiences are seen and respected.
And for those exploring relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, or past wounds, we’ll draw on relational and attachment-based therapy to support deeper connection and healing.
No matter the focus, I approach each session with collaboration, curiosity, and care to help you move toward greater self-understanding and self-compassion.
My work is rooted in a holistic, client-centered approach that draws from a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. These methods allow me to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique story, strengths, and goals.
