I believe we are all innately capable of healing from all experiences and traumas in our lives. Sometimes, we need support to help us heal which can connect us more to our communities and to people who are different from us.
My style is all of the above. I think sometimes it’s more appropriate to be structured and directive depending on what my clients need or more non-directive and flexible. It depends on what my clients need and the progress we are making in sessions.
