The heart of my practice is

creating a safe, steady space where you can bring your full self.

  • My approach to therapy is flexible, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to help you build insight, nervous system resilience, and new ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, our work together is about creating space to breathe, reflect, and respond, rather than react.

  • When we work together, you can expect a calm, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. We’ll go at your pace, and my approach will stay flexible to fit your needs and what feels most useful to you. That might look like using grounding techniques, breathwork, taking a step back to reflect on patterns, and explore what really matters to you. We’ll listen to what your mind and body are telling you, and find ways to work with that information, not against it. My hope is that you’ll begin to feel more emotionally and mentally flexible so you’re able to meet life’s challenges with a sense of choice and purpose, rather than feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

  • I appreciate a flexible, open approach to therapy – one that doesn’t require you to challenge, change, judge, or negotiate with your thoughts. Instead, we’ll focus on finding new, more helpful ways to interact with thoughts and feelings, while allowing them to exist as they are. This perspective not only feels more natural, but often brings a surprising sense of ease or relief, even in difficult moments. As someone who’s experienced stress, anxiety, and depression in deeply physical ways, I believe the mind-body connection is a powerful part of healing. I’m a thoughtful listener, open to different perspectives, and I bring a mix of depth, warmth, and humor into the space. I’m always learning, always curious, and committed to creating a space where therapy feels collaborative, helpful, and hopefully a little fun too!

  • Right now, I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. I’m also exploring work with teens and individuals facing performance-related challenges or identity pressures, including athletes and perfectionists looking for more flexibility, self-compassion, and emotional regulation. These areas reflect both my current practice and where I feel called to grow.

  • Clients tell me they feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for in our work together. I bring a calm, down-to-earth presence and a flexible mindset. I can hold steady through difficult times, adjust when things don’t work, and always prioritize what supports your growth. I’ll keep showing up thoughtfully, stay open to learning, and walk with you in a way that honors where you’ve been and where you’re going.

  • My therapeutic style can be described as grounded, thoughtful, and gently curious.I show up as a real person: warm, intuitive, calm, and open. I’m a steady presence, who listens deeply, and provides a flexible process that honors your strengths and your pace. I use practical tools, honest reflection, and hopefully a little light-heartedness and laughter, to help you build awareness and move toward the life you want. The foundation of my practice is the belief that you already hold the wisdom and strength you need, and therapy simply creates the space for it to emerge. Many of the struggles we experience are understandable responses to pain, pressure, or disconnection. I don’t pathologize your experience, but I’ll help you make sense of it, gently loosen what’s no longer serving you, and create space for change. This is work that asks for self-compassion and flexibility, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.

  • Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in your life? Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or overwhelmed by the day-to-day, it’s easy to get caught in a constant worry, self-doubt, and stress. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a grounded, flexible approach to healing, self-development, and growth. Together we’ll explore ways you can break free from unhelpful patterns, build your emotional resilience, and connect to the parts of your life that matter most. In our work together, I’ll integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to help you interact with your thoughts and feelings in new ways. We’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck and explore how you can move forward with more choice, clarity, and self-trust. Reaching out for therapy is a life-giving choice. If you’re facing challenges or feeling stuck, you’re in the right place. We’ll find what works best for you, adjust along the way, and find a meaningful path forward! I look forward to meeting you!

  • feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges, whether that’s anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or navigating major life transitions. I also work with individuals facing medical diagnoses, such as cancer, and those adjusting to the emotional toll of treatment, uncertainty, or caregiving.

  • emotionally intelligent, sensitive, thoughtful, and tired of feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift. Some are dealing with stress from parenting or caregiving. Others are re-evaluating relationships, questioning identity, or trying to reconnect with meaning after a loss or life disruption.

  • people who are ready to explore new ways of relating to their thoughts, emotions, and bodies, especially if the usual advice like “think positive” or “change your mindset” hasn’t worked. I support clients who want to feel more grounded, aligned, and resilient without having to mask or minimize what they’re going through.

  • creating a safe, calm space where all parts of you are welcome. Whether it’s the overthinker/analyzer, self-doubter, self-loather, the one who’s exhausted, and the child inside who hoped for something more, etc., I think it’s helpful to discover and explore how we can interact with these parts in order to move forward productively and heal.
